I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, positive psychology, contemplative psychology, transpersonal psychology, and insights from neuroscience as a way to unearth what is getting in your way of living a life you love. I will provide you with tools to cultivate your return to a sense of wholeness and well-being, whether in your relationship with yourself, others, or life in general.
